Please note for local SIMs (such as USA T-Mobile/Verizon/AT&T, & Indonesian Telkomsel) please get in touch with us directly. Some of these SIMs require activation by us, kindly refer to the activation time/procedure on the product page before contacting us.

Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)

Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM and turn on data roaming (Android: All Network)

Wait up to 10 minutes for activation, please refrain from changing any mobile settings

Ensure APN and network operator are set to automatic. Refer to the table below for your reference
